Meet The Owners:

Sebastian Ferdinand

Sebastian Ferdinand was born in Arlington and raised in McLean by two amazing parents, Carlos and Paula along with an older brother, Carlos Ignacio.  From a young age, Sebastian’s love of construction and remodeling began due to his brother’s penchant for destroying his Lincoln Log houses and his mother taking him along to select furniture, paint, stone for the next remodel with the house.  Sebastian’s brother fostered his interest in learning how things are built, how to make it better, and his mother sparked his love of design and creating a WOW factor in any space.

Sebastian graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and attended Ashford University for his MBA.  Sebastian holds a Virginia’s Contractors Class A License and passed the Building technical exam and now holds a BLD specialty.  He has worked, designed and managed commercial and residential projects ranging from whole home remodels to powder bathrooms.  His expertise, analysis and budgeting have been used by commercial and residential developers on multi-million dollar projects.
